SEPARATE RING FOR EACH SECTION
- Please have your passports available on Show Day.
- All Competitors MUST be suitably dressed.
- Horses can only compete in Classes in which they have been entered - NO changes on Show Day.
- All exhibitors leading, riding or showing equines in competition must be 16 years of age or over on 1 January 2026, unless otherwise stated in the class detail.
- It is the responsibility of the competitor to ensure that they arrive on time/enter in the correct class/classes and to ensure that they fulfil eligibility requirements to enter said class.
Colts/Stallions Debarred From Entry
Judging commences 11.30am sharp in Class Order
- All Exhibitors MUST display numbers in the ring
- First Prizewinners debarred from further competition excl. qualifiers
- Please have your passports available on Show Day
If insufficient entries are received, the gelding/filly classes will be amalgamated. There will be a special prize of €50 for the "best filly" if unplaced.
RULES AND CONDITIONS
- This competition is open to animals registered in a World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses (WBFSH) studbook or a Department of Agriculture Food and The Marine (DAFM) approved studbook with recorded breeding.
- Two animals may be selected to qualify for the final if the judges and the I.S.A. agree the standard is high enough.
- Exhibitors to both the qualifier and the final must have the animal’s passport available for inspection prior to entry to the judging ring. Failure to comply with this rule will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Passports & Microchips should be read by a veterinary surgeon at the final.
- Animals qualified for final are not eligible to enter any other class at the show where the final is held.
- The Qualifying Exhibitor must fill out their own Qualifying Card at each Qualifying Show.
These rules should be read in conjunction with the I.S.A Rules.
A Prize will be presented for combination of Best Turned out Horse & Most Suitably Dressed Handler.
ENTRY FEE: To Qualifying Show €15. To Final €30.
Final: Tinahely Show, Monday, 3rd Aug, 2026
Prizes At Final: 1st - €1000.00 , 2nd - €600.00 , 3rd - €350.00 , 4th - €200.00 , 5th - €100.00 , 6th - to end a Red Mills voucher value of €100 will be presented on appearance in the Final
